The Northern California Connie Mack Baseball Association Functions under the Amateur Baseball Congress of Northern California.

The association is formed to manage Connie Mack Baseball to meet the national requirements of American Amateur Baseball Congress. The Amateur Baseball Congress provides competitive baseball programs through various age divisions. The Connie Mack Division is directed by Don Johns and supported by Dan Sozzi.  Each league has a designated director to supervise the respective league play. The contact information for these individuals can be found under Contact Us.

The philosophy of the Connie Mack Division is for the member teams to be committed to maintaining the highest level of baseball competition for players under the age of 18 that have maintained their amateur status.  It is recognized that such athletes tend to seek out organizations that often travel to other regions and states in search of desired competition.  The league's objectives are to provide the high level of competition yet the flexibility for these teams and players to travel and to attend college on campus camps for exposure to collegiate coaching staffs and professional scouts.  This philosophy, in short, promotes Connie Mack baseball as the Northern California option of choice for baseball organizations dedicated to playing against the best available competition while imposing the least administrative and scheduling burdens.
Northern California Connie Mack
In 2005, the Connie Mack League and Northern California Association of AABC elected new leadership.  Since then, the Connie Mack league has grown steadily and in 2010 added a Don Mattingly League, both in the Valley and the Bay. The league sent it's first team to the Connie Mack World Series in 2009 as the HOOTS Baseball Club were crowned the West Region Champion.  This accomplishment by the HOOTS put the Northern California League on the Connie Mack map for competitive amateur baseball.
Our Mission
The mission of the American Amateur Baseball Congress is to enlarge the scope of amateur baseball by stimulating interest and competition, and to provide a sound, experienced organization to assist and educate local groups in obtaining the maximum citzenship values.

The Northern California Association
The Connie Mack League is not a fit for all teams.  Only those that meet the criteria and the adhere to the bylaws are invited to participate. Consistent leadership and quality is one of the goals of the association.
